My 2-year-old suddenly refuses to nap. I've tried everything — earlier bedtime, darker room, white noise. Nothing works. Is this just a phase or should I be worried? Any tips from moms who've been through this? 😅

Has anyone tried the sleep window approach? I read about it in a book but not sure if it actually works in practice.
What to try
