How a Circle founder requests deletion and how the platform team reviews it.
In the Manage Circle panel, the "Request deletion" button replaces the old instant delete. The founder must confirm before a request is submitted.
The founder sees this card at the bottom of the Manage Circle panel.
Request deletion
Submit a request to the platform team to permanently remove this circle. Deletion is not automatic and requires review.
An administrative alert appears in the Owner Dashboard with a 48-hour review window.

"Astoria Moms" was flagged for deletion by the Circle founder and requires review.
Reason from founder
The circle is no longer active and most members have moved on. We'd like to close it cleanly.
The founder (platform owner) sees the circle details, the reason, and can approve or deny the request.
The platform founder sees the request in the dashboard and can approve or deny it.

The Circle founder receives a notification with the outcome. If approved, the circle and all its data are permanently removed. If denied, the circle stays active.
